Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Lead Tech II to join our team at 3D Corporate Solutions. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the maintenance manager daily and ensure maintenance techs are on the floor, identifying potential equipment problems and addressing them promptly.
  • Work closely with production line leads to maintain employee and facility safety, line efficiency, and food safety standards.
  • Participate in pre-shift production meetings to address concerns and ensure effective communication.
  • Respond to maintenance assistance calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive teamwork environment and prioritize food safety.
  • Complete Roundsman Logs and parts logs accurately and on time.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and ammonia refrigeration problems.
  • Communicate effectively with the on-coming shift to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Conduct monthly training sessions for the maintenance team.
  • Participate in leadership training and recommend other techs for the program.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with the learning coordinator.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly shop area.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have 2-5 years of electrical experience and be capable of troubleshooting and repairing electrical drives, motors, controls, and PLCs. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cool and damp environment.
