The Academy of Warren is seeking a Senior Executive Business Partner to the Office of General Counsel. This role is pivotal in providing high-level strategic and administrative assistance to the Chief Legal Officer while managing workflow processes within the legal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Legal Officer, assisting in maintaining optimal performance and leadership within the legal team.
  • Calendar Management: Oversee daily scheduling and strategic calendar management, ensuring priorities are balanced and effectively aligned.
  • Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and approvals across the team, supporting the Chief Legal Officer in project engagement.
  • Team Culture Development: Collaborate with the Chief Legal Officer and team managers to enhance team culture through meetings and retreats.
  • Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements for the Chief Legal Officer, including logistics and documentation.
  • Budget Management: Assist with financial matters, including tracking budgets and managing expenses.
  • Cross-Functional Representation: Represent the Chief Legal Officer in various team meetings to ensure transparency and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative and executive support roles, emphasizing strategic thought partnership.
  • Experience in the legal sector is preferred but not mandatory.
