Job Title: Multisystemic TherapistJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multisystemic Therapist to join our team at Four Feathers Counseling. As a Multisystemic Therapist, you will work with families and youth to address behavioral issues and provide support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct MST assessments and develop treatment plans to address systemic problems within client families
  • Engage primary caregivers and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment
  • Provide services in Teller County, El Paso County, and/or Park County
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment plans, intervention implementation, and case outcomes
  • Collaborate with key participants within each system to maintain consistency throughout MST treatment
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field
  • License to practice as a therapist in the state of Colorado
  • Valid driver's license with a good motor vehicle record and operating vehicle with valid insurance and registration
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using electronic record systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience providing in-home or community-based therapy services
  • Knowledge of the MST model and principles
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide feedback
