About the Position:

Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. As a School OT, you will play a critical role in helping students achieve their educational and developmental goals by providing specialized support and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students' needs through observations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' motor, sensory, and cognitive skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the educational setting.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students both individually and in group settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP (Individualized Education Program) development.
  • Educate and support staff and families on strategies to support students' needs.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families.
  • Passion for supporting students' educational and developmental success.
