About the Job

The Comprehensive Community Action is seeking a skilled Healthcare Data Analyst Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to empower individuals and communities challenged by poverty and social barriers.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work closely with our Assistant Director of Ambulatory Health and Behavioral Health, Director of Quality, clinical leadership, and HIT team to meet all data reporting needs both internally and externally. You will provide critical support to our Performance Improvement Committee by delivering high-quality data as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and distribute clinical quality reports and ensure timely dissemination to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with training on periodic system upgrades and ensure seamless integration into our workflows.
  • Attend training sessions and conferences (travel may be required) to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
  • Generate productivity and financial reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with our QI Director and Assistant Director to design and implement Quality Improvement measures that enhance our overall systems.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings as necessary to share expertise and gather insights.
  • Potentially assist with orientation processes for new staff members.
  • Provide data-driven insights to various levels of staff within CCAP and FHS.
  • Maintain data integrity within our systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external committees as needed to drive meaningful change.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics or Health Data Analytics or a comparable field, or 3-5+ years of experience in a related role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Crystal reporting and/or SQL.
  • NextGen Certified, or certification obtained within 6-9 months of hire.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical quality measures.
  • Understanding of Meaningful Use/Promoting Interoperability, NCQA, CTC, and RICCC.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to facilitate data-driven decision processes by fully understanding CCAP's business objectives and designing appropriate data collection and presentation methodologies.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, vision and dental insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, health reimbursement accounts, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance program, generous vacation, sick, and personal days, and up to 12 paid holidays for full-time employees.
