**Position Title: Industrial Equipment Assembler**
**Role Overview**
We are looking for a proficient Industrial Equipment Assembler with expertise in assembling high-pressure multi-stage boiler feed pumps. The ideal candidate will be tasked with the disassembly of pumps and their components, performing thorough cleaning, and reassembling them to meet quality standards. Responsibilities also include hand dressing parts to ensure they meet both aesthetic and functional specifications, as well as verifying that all dimensions and sizes are accurate.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Disassemble and reassemble machinery components
+ Clean and hand dress parts for optimal performance
+ Operate lift equipment and cranes safely
+ Prepare pumps for shipment and ensure they are ready for delivery
+ Paint pumps and their components to meet company standards
+ Operate balance machines to ensure pump components are properly balanced
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong attention to detail and precision
+ Ability to adhere to established procedures and protocols
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed
