We are looking for a dedicated Cardiovascular Laboratory Technician to join our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient patient care. If you are passionate about patient care and teamwork, we invite you to consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities and QualificationsAs a Cardiovascular Laboratory Technician, you will collaborate with physicians and other cardiovascular lab staff to prepare and maintain the Cath Lab for procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and interpreting cardiac pressure recordings and thermodynamic parameters.
- Performing cardiac thermodynamic calculations and promptly reporting any irregular findings to the physician.
- Updating procedure logs immediately following each case.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist certification.
- State Registered Radiologic Technologist certification.
- Completion of a Vocational School program or an Associate Degree.
