Job Overview

The Fleet Maintenance and Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards within the fleet department. This role is crucial for maintaining the safety and efficiency of fleet operations while ensuring compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the maintenance management processes for the fleet.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and standardization across all fleet operations.
  • Lead and develop personnel within the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Maintain a valid Driver's License and uphold an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Minimum Qualifications
  • Five years of experience in maintenance management.
  • Three years of experience with DOT compliance and standardization.
  • Three years of experience in direct management of personnel.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
