Buckle is seeking a motivated and results-driven Floor Leader/Keyholder to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistently sized and visually appealing sales floor. This includes working directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales strategies, recruit new team members, and provide leadership to the sales floor team. Your key responsibilities will include motivating team members to initiate and complete daily tasks, maintaining and sharing knowledge of current sales and promotions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure sales floor is consistently sized and new freight is appropriately displayed
* Work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales strategies
* Recruit and develop new team members

* Motivate team members to initiate and complete daily tasks
