Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Room Attendant to join our team at Total Management Group. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the housekeeping department and manage a team of housekeepers to ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Take inventory of housekeeping supplies and notify the General Manager in a timely manner to ensure we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure that housekeepers are following General Manager policies and procedures and that brand standards are met at all times.
  • Report any maintenance or equipment needs to the General Manager to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained.
  • Meet with the General Manager weekly to discuss department needs and concerns.
  • Assist with cleaning rooms, laundry, and other tasks as needed to ensure that our guests have a positive experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and promote a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
