We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at King's Family Restaurant. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of hourly employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage restaurant shifts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor food production and customer service to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed and compliance with child labor laws.
  • Monitor housekeeping, safety, sanitation, and security.
  • Provide regular direction and feedback to hourly employees during shift.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Must have an acceptable safe food handling certification based on state and/or local requirements.
  • Must be a Kings employee in good standing.
Working Conditions:

This position involves standing and walking for up to 8-10 hours, with occasional heavy lifting and moderate light lifting. You must be able to perform hourly employee positions proficiently and become actively involved in them as needed.
