As a Caregiver - Support Specialist, you will provide assistance and strategies to individuals with complex needs to help them live well in their community and environment.

You will work alongside a dedicated team of clinical staff and supportive supervisors, while growing your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with physical, intellectual, or behavioral challenges
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
