Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Associate's or Vocational degree in Nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota or Wisconsin
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, with medical surgical experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Professional RN experience
- Medical/Surgical experience
