Job Responsibilities- Provide support services for high-risk children and youth with behavioral and mental health challenges.
- Work in Foster Care Homes under the direction of caregivers/foster parents.
- Engage with youths, assist with schoolwork, and ask about their life interests and dislikes.
- Provide line of sight supervision without overwhelming the child.
- Redirect negative and problematic behaviors.
- Experience working with at-risk individuals (paid or unpaid).
- Current medical/health documents, including physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid certification.
- High School diploma or higher.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Weekly compensation.
