The Job Description

This role, as an Employee Service Center Representative, plays a critical part in the daily operations of our Venues People Practices department. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to frontline Venue employees across all MSG company venues, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any queries or issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employee inquiries and communicate effectively with them via phone calls, in-person interactions, and ticketing systems.
  • Process employee absences and call-offs, including requesting documentation and notifying relevant departments.
  • Manage employee staffing issues, such as resolving conflicts and scheduling discrepancies.
  • Support new hires by processing necessary paperwork, conducting I-9 checks, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to manage various HR functions, including training and development initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in an administrative or customer service capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with colleagues and clients.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
