Join a leading organization in the transactional risk sector as a Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Advisor. We are seeking a highly qualified CPA or Attorney with expertise in M&A to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk management evaluations of financial statements, purchase agreements, and revenue forecasts related to M&A activities.
  • Analyze due diligence processes and operational risks associated with M&A transactions that require Representations and Warranties Insurance.
  • Offer informed recommendations for the approval or rejection of RWI and Transactional Risk Insurance policies for both buyers and sellers based on thorough financial and risk assessments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an accountant focusing on M&A transactions, with CPA designation strongly preferred.
  • Experience within the insurance sector is advantageous.
Compensation is competitive, with potential earnings up to $400,000 based on experience, along with annual performance bonuses and opportunities for advancement within a prominent company. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, matched 401(k), and employee stock options.
