Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with healthcare providers and care teams to assess, develop, and implement patient care plans that promote optimal health outcomes and wellness.
- Provide direct patient care, including triage, lab draws, and surgery scheduling, while ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and patient assessment guidelines.
- Support providers in documenting patient assessment and treatment protocols, and provide patient education and support to promote informed decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri
- 2-5 years of experience in ambulatory care nursing, preferably in women's health
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 5-10 years of experience in ambulatory care nursing, preferably in women's health
