Position Overview:

The Electrical Power Generator - Field Service Technician is tasked with diagnosing and delivering high-quality repair services on power generation systems, including gas and diesel engines, as well as Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS). The primary goal is to address customer needs promptly and safely, ensuring optimal value in all services rendered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair on electrical power generation systems.
  • Service gas and diesel engines, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and repair Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) to guarantee seamless power transitions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Work independently and efficiently, demonstrating a high level of productivity.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on-site.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field or shop service related to electrical power generation.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing gas and diesel engines.
  • Experience with ATS systems is essential.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have personal tools necessary for the job.
  • Ability to work on-call, including weekends and holidays.
