Job Title: Accounting Data Entry Clerk

At Westcor Land Title Insurance, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify the accuracy of agency remittance reports and policy information
  • Enter data into our computer system using defined computer programs
  • Investigate questionable data and recommend actions to resolve discrepancies
  • Compile data and prepare various reports
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our policies and remittance reports
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-6 years' experience in clerical accounting, preferably in accounts payable
  • Knowledge of Accounting software
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures
