Job Title: Systems Engineer
Job Overview:
The Satellite TT&C System Engineer will engage in various tasks based on their expertise. This position involves the formulation of mission-level and system-level specifications for the TT&C systems utilized in satellites. Responsibilities include leading the creation of essential system engineering documentation such as system requirements, Statement of Compliance (SOC), verification and validation matrices, design descriptions, systems budgets, equipment specifications, and test requirements for subsystems aligned with mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct verification and validation of the Tracking, Telemetry, and Command subsystem performance.
- Oversee supplier activities and collaborate with the integrated product team.
- Provide input and support for all program reviews.
- Participate in test reviews and support subsystem assembly, integration, and testing activities.
- Assist in satellite testing, including EGSE, test supervision, and data analysis.
- Document subsystem operations and support In-Orbit Testing (IOT).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior design and testing experience with LEO/MEO satellites and TT&C subsystems.
- Comprehensive understanding of the space environment and orbital mechanics.
- Strong grasp of aerospace system engineering principles.
- Proven ability to test systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Hands-on approach with the capability to lead all systems integration processes.
- Experience in qualification and acceptance testing of new designs.

Job Type: This is a contract position.
