Job Summary

Thalle Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pipe Utility Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our heavy civil construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of utility infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of utility infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate with and direct the activity of all jobsite crews, subcontractors, and material and equipment providers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Collaborate with project engineers and managers to review and adjust project plans, schedules, and budgets as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, inspectors, and regulatory representatives to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a field environment, with a strong background in heavy civil construction and utility infrastructure projects.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
