Thalle Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pipe Utility Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our heavy civil construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of utility infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of utility infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with and direct the activity of all jobsite crews, subcontractors, and material and equipment providers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may impact project timelines or budgets.
- Collaborate with project engineers and managers to review and adjust project plans, schedules, and budgets as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, inspectors, and regulatory representatives to ensure successful project outcomes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a field environment, with a strong background in heavy civil construction and utility infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
