Role Summary:
The Growth Operations team collaborates closely with the Chief Growth Officer to oversee critical growth strategies across key product areas. This team is tasked with managing commercial pricing, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and conducting strategic analyses to assess the overall health and growth of the business. The team is actively refining the agency model and enhancing the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Owning data processes and reporting across five proprietary products and services.
- Managing forecasts related to specific product offerings and associated Publicis agencies.
- Building and analyzing reports directly from Salesforce, Tableau, and other proprietary and financial reporting systems to enhance data integrity.
- Creating streamlined processes for the generation and distribution of recurring reports.
- Collaborating with internal partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality work products.
- Acting as a liaison to connect and integrate various teams and departments.
- Proactively identifying potential issues before they arise.
- Exploring innovative approaches to improve processes, methodologies, and products.
- Becoming a subject matter expert in Publicis Groupe's business and disciplines, capable of forming constructive insights on challenges.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Some experience in advertising, though it is not mandatory.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial, project, operational, or account management roles, or experience working with large datasets in a development capacity.
- The ability to navigate complexity and operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
- A strong understanding of the advertising marketplace and the Publicis business model.
- Excellent written, verbal, and in-person presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
