Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Elmington Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our properties.

About the Role:
  • Oversee the entire maintenance process, including ordering supplies, diagnosing maintenance issues, and completing service requests.
  • Supervise the workflow for the service staff and delegate tasks to team members.
  • Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
  • Diagnose and repair complex systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.
  • Address issues with landscaping and snow/ice removal.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
  • Complete service requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Operate computers and other technological devices to access email and company software.
The Essentials:
  • Minimum 3 years of property maintenance and/or maintenance experience.
  • HVAC certification preferred/required.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Maintain the physical condition of the property.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools.
  • Building maintenance and repairs.
  • Respond to issues outside of normal work hours when necessary.
  • Accurately report all time worked.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
