Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Handle client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Office Administration: Oversee daily office functions, oversee inventory and supplies, and maintain an organized and professional workspace.
  • Business Development: Develop and nurture relationships with customers to drive new business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Punctuality, dependability, neat appearance, professional grooming, thoroughness, consistency with service and solution-oriented perspective.
  • Empathy and ability to listen, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service office management or sales, in the home repair, maintenance, home services, or commercial maintenance industries.
  • Proven track record of developing new commercial business relationships.
  • Advanced typing and 10-key skills with exceptional accuracy and speed.
  • Experience with MacOS and MS Office. ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred.
  • Maintain and be available to work the required business hours established for serving customers, without tardiness, interruption, or early departure. Typical business hours are M-F 8am-5pm. Overtime may be necessary based on customer needs.
