Role Overview

This position is a full-time hybrid role situated in the Summit, New Jersey Metropolitan area. Upon acclimatization to your responsibilities, you will oversee a portfolio of industrial facilities, providing regular service intervals. Your duties will include:

  • Engaging with clients and coordinating your on-site service schedule
  • Conducting on-site data collection and predictive assessments in line with company protocols
  • Implementing remote monitoring and analysis where applicable
  • Identifying and isolating failure modes in industrial machinery
  • Generating analytical summary reports in accordance with company standards
  • Delivering findings and producing reports for clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key client contacts
  • Assisting in the training and development of new team members
  • Performing equipment inspections and gathering information as needed
  • Executing ad-hoc field services as requested by clients or the company

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Vibration Analysis, with additional predictive skills (e.g., Infrared, U/S, Oil) considered advantageous
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret results and provide actionable recommendations
  • Experience in troubleshooting and condition monitoring
  • Solid understanding of machinery operations
  • Background in an industrial environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability to work independently and remotely
  • Certification in Vibration Analysis of ISO CAT II or higher is mandatory
  • A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline is preferred
