Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Design Kit Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing internal technical programs from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or coordinate cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully-developed products/programs
  • Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions
  • Investigate facts and develop solutions to problems during the design and planning phases
  • Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders
  • May be responsible for feasibility studies, field trials management, identifying product/program gaps, defining product requirements, and engaging with customers to understand market needs and trends
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
  • Work and collaborate with other projects and/or assignments as needed
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in PDK development or testing
  • Ability to work across organizations to enable improved processes and team work including Process Integration and Technology Development, Business Line, and customers
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with GLOBALFOUNDRIES development teams in Malta, Dresden, Singapore, Santa Clara, Burlington, and East Fishkill
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education – minimum Engineering Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience – minimum 3 years in semiconductor industry in PDK development or testing
  • Experience – minimum 3 years in project management
  • Experience – Data base skill set, Spread sheets, Microsoft project manager
  • Experience- Resource management and allocation; Program sizing and tracking
  • Travel – (% of travel required) less than 10%
  • Language Fluency – Fluent in English language – written & verbal
  • Physical Capacity Demands – N/A
What We Offer

GlobalFoundries offers a competitive salary range of $104,000.00 to $198,000.00, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
