**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Our Lady of the Presentation. As a key member of our educational staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing learning environment that fosters the intellectual, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual growth of our students.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote student competencies and skills.
- Establish and maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment that encourages active learning and socialization.
- Assess and monitor student progress, using a variety of methods to identify areas of strength and weakness.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning community.
- Prepare and implement practical lessons that meet curriculum standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the building administration.
**Requirements**
- Must be physically able to perform the job of a teacher of young children.
- Must consent to a background check and Code of Conduct Policy.
- Must complete online or in-person training before hire.
