For over fifty years, we have focused on addressing the needs of underserved communities and ensuring access to healthcare for all.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently; warmly greet patients, accurately respond to inquiries, and express gratitude for their calls.
- Schedule appointments for both new and returning patients utilizing the practice management system.
- Collaborate with Patient Services Representatives and nursing staff to fulfill patient requests for earlier appointments.
- Confirm all demographic and insurance details provided by patients and ensure accurate entry into the practice management system.
- Verify insurance information, including eligibility, primary care provider, and referrals as necessary for the type of visit.
- Provide additional support for patient registration as needed by the Site Administrator.
- Bilingual: Proficient in Spanish.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- For Per Diem-Part Time shifts: Availability required between 12pm-8pm (Monday through Friday) and at least two weekends a month (9am-5pm), totaling 24 hours per week.
The training schedule for per diem shifts is Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm for a duration of 4 weeks.
