Job Responsibilities

The Direct Support Professional will assist adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. This includes developing and implementing daily routines tailored to each client's Individual Program Plan, as well as providing transportation services to and from clients' homes or facilities, as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; preference given to candidates with relevant experience.
  • CPR/First Aid, CPI, and DSP 1 certification required.
  • Valid in-state driver's license, current registration, and insurance required.
