Cancer Partners of Nebraska (CPN) is a leading provider of cancer care services in the region. Our Radiation Oncology department is seeking a highly skilled Medical Dosimetrist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Board-Certified Medical Dosimetrist to perform external beam treatment planning and dose calculation for safe and effective radiation treatment delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities
  • Performs external beam treatment planning and dose calculation under the direction of radiation oncologists and medical physicists.
  • Demonstrates accurate and timely patient treatment planning.
  • Works with various software and equipment, including Eclipse treatment planning, Aria R&V system, and Varian Edge accelerators.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Dosimetry program.
  • Certified as a Medical Dosimetrist by the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB) or board eligible.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a radiation therapy department as a medical dosimetrist.
