About the Role: As a Clinical Care Specialist with Della Infotech, Inc., you will play a critical part in providing exceptional patient care in our Emergency Department. This role involves working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing effective care plans, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless patient flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical and emotional conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • A valid nursing license
  • ACLS, BLS, MAB, PALS, TNCC, Fire Card, Pharmacology, Moderate Sedation, Arrhythmia Exam, NIHSS certifications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
