Job Summary:The LPN will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel and delivering direct care to residents. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to coordinate care delivery and ensure resident needs are met.
Responsibilities:- Supervise nursing personnel to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Coordinate care delivery to ensure resident needs are met
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Provide education and training to caregivers on resident care and safety
- 2-3 years of clinical experience as an LPN
- Gerontological nursing experience, including dementia population care
- Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
- Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
