Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Welder Fabrication Specialists to become integral members of our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, focusing on quality and precision in welding tasks.

Compensation:
Starting at $22 per hour, based on experience. An additional $3.00 raise is available after the completion of training.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months of professional MIG welding experience (excluding training).
  • Proficient in welding across 1-4G positions.
  • Experience with various fabrication tools, including grinders and sanders.
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.

Work Schedule:
6 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform MIG welding on carbon and stainless steel materials.
  • Responsible for cutting, preparing, and assembling materials.
  • Engage in sanding, grinding, and layout of brackets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams accurately.
