Industrial Constructors/Managers, Inc. serves the manufacturing and process industries with safely executed industrial and commercial construction projects. Industries include mining and material processing, food and beverage, power generation, aerospace, pharmaceutical, transportation, engineering, and construction.

Industrial Constructors/Manager's, Inc. is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join our team.

Summary: Fabricates, assembles and welds structural metal products such as framework, beams and columns, and metal parts for buildings. (Layout and fabrication of handrail and stairs.)

Must be able to certify on Flux core welding processes within 30 days of being hired.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Read and understand blueprints and sketches. Locates and marks bending and cutting lines onto work piece. Sets up and operates fabricating machines such as shears, flame cutters, band saws and drill presses. Safely operate a Forklift. Hammers, chips, and grinds work piece to cut, bend, and straighten metal. Positions, aligns, fits, and welds together parts. Designs and constructs templates and fixtures. Produce quality welds. Fabricates and assembles structural steel products. Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:

Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Office experience a plus.

Certificates and Licenses:

Welding Certificate or certifiable.

Salary and Benefits:

$21.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience Health/Life/Disability/Vision/Dental Insurance Health Savings Account 401K with match Paid Time Off
