As a key member of our Production Control team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing data capture systems, analyzing data, and visualizing insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Production Control leaders in developing and implementing strategies to improve data management and analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Material Planning, Forecasting, Capacity Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Control.
  • Establish and communicate KPIs to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Structure large data sets to extract actionable insights, driving business growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in data gathering, organizing, analyzing, and sharing findings.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence tools, including PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
