Job Title: Injection Operator

We are seeking a skilled Injection Operator to join our team at Niagara Bottling, LLC. As an Injection Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality PET and HDPE containers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain injection equipment, including PET and HDPE injection machines
  • Perform daily quality checks to ensure production meets quality standards
  • Accurately complete and update information forms and logs, such as injection preform and cap daily log, destruction logs, and quality forms
  • Recognize and report unsafe conditions and actions, and follow plant safety rules
  • Maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production, including break rooms and rest rooms
  • Be able to define the difference between Vpet, Rpet, and HDPE resins, and identify parts safe for grinding and reintroduction to the resin system
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot minor production equipment issues
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment
  • 2 years of experience in a position similar to Injection Operator
  • Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment
  • 4 years of experience in a position similar to Injection Operator
  • 2 years of experience managing people or projects
