POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled technician with a wealth of experience. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities such as conducting maintenance services, diagnosing equipment issues, overhauling transmissions, welding tasks, and field service operations. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Diagnose and repair various types of material handling equipment and their attachments.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of machinery.
  • Execute Planned Maintenance (PM) on equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, engine, and powertrain systems.
  • Diagnose and fix technology systems.
  • Utilize computer diagnostic tools and manufacturer software for equipment repairs.
  • Interpret and apply electrical and hydraulic schematics to complex machinery.
  • Complete all necessary electronic data entry and documentation, including service reports and warranty claims.
  • Communicate repair directives and warranty recommendations effectively.
  • Work independently or collaboratively within a team, providing guidance and mentorship to fellow technicians as required.
  • Foster a culture of safety by adhering to company safety policies and regulations.
  • Maintain current certifications and training in safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions and correspondence.
  • Proficient in writing service reports.
  • Capable of presenting information effectively in both individual and small group settings.
  • Maintain a consistent state of alertness and safety while performing job functions.
  • Mathematical proficiency in basic operations and measurements.
  • Ability to apply common sense to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

A minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment repair or a combination of relevant technical education and experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Possession of a Class B or C Driver License is required.

COMPENSATION

The wage range for this position is $31.15 to $33.37, based on the individual's knowledge, skills, and ability to fulfill job responsibilities.
