This role offers an estimated annual salary ranging from $94,200 to $223,500, plus opportunities for bonus and equity.

Key Responsibilities

As an Observability Software Engineer, you will focus on designing, developing, and deploying data collection and aggregation processes to deliver business intelligence metrics to our organization's leadership.

Using test-driven development practices, you will create highly scalable, distributed observability infrastructure leveraging OpenSource software like OpenSearch (Elasticsearch), Logstash, OpenDashboard (Kibana), Chef, and Ansible.

Automated configuration audit tools will also be developed to provide visibility into infrastructure compliance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS), application performance, and standards adherence.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipeline development experience
  • Infrastructure-as-Code experience for cloud and on-premise environments
  • Operating System Configuration skills for Linux and Windows
  • Agile and DevOps best practices delivery experience
