We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic professionals to join our team as Yoga/Pilates Instructors.
About the Role:
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients
- Educate clients on stretching techniques and mobility
- Create customized stretching experiences for clients
- Build and retain client relationships through exceptional client care and delivering best-in-class stretch experiences
- Maximize client utilization of sessions by booking follow-up appointments and renewing memberships
- Ensure client safety by enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure it is available for client use
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Assist sales associates and management with studio tours and sales as needed
- Participate in offsite events and contribute to organic content creation for social media
Requirements:
- Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
- Degree or certification in a related field, such as Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Massage Therapy, or Personal Training
- Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people
- Team-oriented, coachable, and growth-minded individual
- Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
- Availability to complete our Flexologist Training Program

Availability:
