About Our Company

Tandem Physical Therapy is a locally owned physical therapy clinic in Metairie, Louisiana, specializing in serving adults in their 40's, 50's, and 60's. Our wellness program includes flexibility classes, private and group Pilates lessons, and virtual programs.

Our owners, Lauren and Christy, are both physical therapists and long-time friends. They opened Tandem PT in June 2018 and have seen consistent growth since then.

We believe in providing exceptional care and customer service to our community, enabling them to stay active and healthy throughout their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching small group mat Pilates classes
  • Teaching private sessions utilizing Reformer, Tower, and mat exercises
  • Light cleaning, laundry, and maintenance of Pilates equipment and apparatus
  • Keeping the Pilates area organized, stocked, clean, and well-maintained
  • Subbing for other instructors when needed
