Position Title: Shuttle Bus Driver
Objective: To facilitate safe and efficient transportation for resident members and company personnel to designated locations based on a predetermined schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the shuttle bus to transport resident members and Judson associates to various locations for social activities, medical visits, or other scheduled events.
- Assist resident members with boarding and disembarking from the shuttle bus as required.
- Ensure the securement of passengers' wheelchairs using appropriate restraining devices to maintain stability during transit.
- Utilize communication devices such as cell phones or tablets to liaise with supervisors or security personnel regarding any service disruptions or emergencies.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle, including fueling and servicing as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of trips and monitor passenger behavior.
- Exhibit reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.

- Specific vision capabilities, including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
