The Ambulatory Care Nurse Specialist serves as a leader of the healthcare team at Novant Health by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with patients and their chosen support system. This role collaborates with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful death.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice is essential.
  • Prior experience in ambulatory care is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options.
