Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our orthodontic team at SALT Dental Partners. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care and support to our orthodontic patients, including welcoming, seating, and preparing patients for treatment.
  • Assist the doctor with orthodontic procedures, such as fitting bands and brackets, tying arch wires, and taking impressions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with patients to educate and motivate them throughout the treatment process.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient clinical workflow.
Requirements
  • Orthodontic experience and clinical proficiency with a variety of orthodontic appliances is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain RDA certification within 30-60 days of hire.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to learn new skills and work well with a team.
  • Good computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
