Job Title: Dental Practice Manager

Cascadia Kids Orthodontics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced multi-site Practice Manager to oversee the overall operations and management of two orthodontic dental practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage practice business operations, including key performance measures and practice revenue and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Take personal ownership of the practice by being a positive role model as a leader.
  • Create a respectful workplace and foster a cooperative and collaborative environment.
  • Take initiative and ensure self and team are accountable to the highest standards of performance and behavior.
  • Demonstrate and encourage a patient focus in all practice operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients to create connections and influence patient retention.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in dental practice management.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple dental practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of dental office operations and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to build, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Previous customer service experience in retail, service, or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Computer Literacy, i.e., proficient with basic applications including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Dental System software.
  • Ability to work with the team and others to continually process improver operations that benefit patient experience and operational excellence.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
  • Ability to meet OSHA, CDC, ADA, and HIPAA standards.
