As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing physical therapy services to referred patients and advocating for their needs.

About the Role

This challenging yet rewarding position requires a qualified individual with expertise in developing and implementing effective treatment plans. You will work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients within two to three working days of physician referral, assessing their condition and creating personalized treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies to address patients' physical therapy needs, promoting optimal recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, share knowledge, and leverage best practices.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and professional standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making and promote positive patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum one year of experience working in IP and OP settings, preferably in developmental disabilities and neurological/orthopedic conditions.
  • Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of Texas.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Certification in behavior management or related field (SAMA, ABA, PIP, etc.).
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
