We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Early Childhood Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a coach, you will be responsible for leading fun and educational soccer classes for children, while also assisting with various non-coaching duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Lead energetic and motivating soccer classes for children, focusing on motor development goals and inspiring a love of movement and healthy habits.
- Provide individual and group attention to children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
- Assist with the distribution and upkeep of equipment needed for classes.
- Assist the hiring manager with sourcing and screening potential candidates for coaching positions.
- Manage the ordering, printing, and distribution of marketing materials, such as flyers and posters.
- Record classes for coach development video feedback.
- Able and willing to travel to various class locations in the Boston area.
- Availability must include Saturday and Sunday mornings, as well as a minimum of 3 weekday mornings and afternoons.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Soccer playing background is preferred.
- Must be fun, energetic, patient, and attentive.
- Flexible schedules.
- Continual coaching development evaluations and training to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in training technique.
