Job Title: Housekeeping Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Trainer to join our team at Merry Maids. As a Housekeeping Trainer, you will be responsible for training new team members on our cleaning techniques and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train new team members on our cleaning techniques and procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are up-to-date on our cleaning procedures.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new training programs.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
