Bourbon Events Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Bourbon Events Coordinator to join our team at Heaven Hill Brands in Bardstown, Kentucky. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for developing and executing special events that showcase our bourbon brand.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in event planning and management, with experience in creating memorable experiences for guests. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute events that drive sales and brand awareness.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute special events that showcase our bourbon brand, including but not limited to:
- Organizing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements;
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events;
- Managing event timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery of events;
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams;
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients throughout the event process;
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field, or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 3 years of event planning/management experience, preferably in a tourism/hospitality setting;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Outlook;
- Previous experience in distilled spirits industry;
- Familiarity with bourbon knowledge and language;
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
