About the Role

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, including sweeping and mopping floors, and emptying trash and recycling.
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed, and report any maintenance or repair issues to management.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols, and participate in regular cleaning and sanitizing schedules.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
