Job Title: Child & Family Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Child & Family Therapist to join our team at Compass Health. As a Therapist, you will work with children and their families to provide individualized, creative, and strength-based approaches within the wraparound model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services using evidenced-based practice models
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team to support youth and caregivers
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in the rotation of an after-hours crisis/emergency response

Requirements:

  • MA/MS/MSW Degree in a Behavioral Science related field
  • Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC
  • Meets educational and training requirements for designation as a Child Mental Health Specialist
  • Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check
